SHIPPING DAYS & PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually shipped out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your orders to be processed
before they are picked - up or shipped out.
A link to track your package will be sent via email by EasyParcel once your order is processed.
Säraly KL knows as little as you do once your package has been dropped off at the post office.
Gentle reminder that Säraly KL has no control over any delays or damages
caused by the courier services of your choice.

What to do if the courier services damaged your parcels :
- Do not throw the damaged parcel away.
- Contact us via Whatsapp or Email (link on Instagram and the website)
- Säraly KL will file a report to claim for compensation.
- Customer would be needed to bring the damaged parcel and its goods to your nearest post office as evident.
- Be in touch and wait for compensation.
