What to do if the courier services damaged your parcels :

  1. Do not throw the damaged parcel away.
  2. Contact us via Whatsapp or Email (link on Instagram and the website)
  3. Säraly KL will file a report to claim for compensation.
  4. Customer would be needed to bring the damaged parcel and its goods to your nearest post office as evident.
  5. Be in touch and wait for compensation.
